1½ lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. margarine
1 c. sliced onions
½ c. salad dressing
1 pkg. sour cream sauce mix
1 beef bullion cube
1½ c. boiling water
¼ lb. sliced mushrooms
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic
noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Shape meat into balls. Brown in margarine. Add onions and cook until tender. Combine salad dressing and sour cream sauce mix. Gradually add bullion dissolved in water. Mix well and pour sauce over meat. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over noodles.
