1 cup veggie oil
2 cups dark brown sugar 'best brown' on the bag

Mix well

5 large eggs
5 t baking soda

Mix well
5 cups flour
1 litre buttermilk

Alternate buttermilk with flour until mixed (½ buttermilk--2 c flour--½ buttermilk--3 c flour
Add 14oz. of raisin bran cereal (dry weight with scale)
Mix well.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Put one scoop of mix in muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray and then add fruit. Then add another scoop of mix and then MORE fruit (more is better)

The mix lasts up to 3-4 weeks in the fridge.

Possible combinations are Blackberry/Apple, Blueberry/Apricot, Raspberry & white chocolate, Cranberry/orange, Strawberry/banana....Let your imagination go wild!
