1/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 t. water
1 c. flaked coconut
1 package yellow cake mix


2 packages cook-type lemon pudding

Pie Crust

Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix main ingredients. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350'. Crust is still soft when done. Prepare the cooked lemon pudding. Pour into cooled crust. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.
