1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 T orange Juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. grated orange rind
'2 1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1st 3 ingredients for 1 minute until sugar melts, 235º on candy thermometer. Stir orange rind and cinnamon into sugar mixture. Add nuts to mixture, mix, and pour onto waxed paper.
