Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf Recipe

1 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped small
cup milk
cup mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs (regular, Italian style or Panko)
1 large egg
tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
tsp Adobo seasoning
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 slices mozzarella or provolone slices, thick cut

Preheat oven to 350
Saute onion and peppers in olive oil until soft.
Mix onion and peppers with all the remaining ingredients except the cheese slices. Work with hands until fully incorporated.
Lightly grease a loaf pan. Place half of the meat mixture into the pan. Top with 4 slices of cheese (reserving remaining 4 slices). Place remaining meat mixture on top of the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with last slices of cheese, sprinkle with parsley and place back into the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes more or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
Let stand a few minutes before removing from the pan.
