5 large eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 t salt

In a very clean bowl (Chase this means you will need to rewash your bowl as any grease will result in flopped yorkshire puds!!)

With a blender at high speed blend all 4 ingredients until fluffy and bubbly. Put in fridge for best results before cooking.

Preheat oven to 400º F, in large muffin tins liberally grease the tins with cooking spray or oil, fill tins to almost the top. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes and don't open the oven door to check (maybe a crack after 25 minutes), they are done when golden brown, big and humungous !!
