1 c. sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 c. sugar
1 heaping T. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. cloves
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. allspice
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except scalded milk and whites of eggs. Pour in milk. Whip egg whites and add a small amount of batter to whites and spread over top. Bake at 350'.
