1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag mini Snickers bars

In medium bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and soda, and salt. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well.

Shape dough into a ball. Place one Snicker bar into center and reshape dough into ball completely covering the bar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2" apart. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing from the pan.

Makes about 36 cookies.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I worked with Therese Lebens at the Park Nicollet Carlson Clinic. She brought these into work one day and they became a “must make” at Christmas. Who doesn’t like Snickers? I would wrap each cookie in colored plastic wrap and tie them with wire star garland.
