8 large jalapeños

Filling:
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4oz. cream cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked, chopped
⅓ c. green onion, sliced

Topping:
¼ c. seasoned bread crumbs
¼ c. parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Rinse, slice in half lengthwise, and remove seeds from jalapeños. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, green onion, bacon, and cheddar cheese. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stuff the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture, then press stuffed sides into the bread crumbs. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake on the third rack from the top for 15 mins. Broil on high for another 3-5 minutes.
