Wendy's Chili Recipe

2 lbs ground beef
1 qt tomato juice
1-29 oz tomato puree
1-15 oz red kidney beans, drained
1-15 oz pinto beans, drained
1 cups chopped onion
cup diced celery
cup diced green bell pepper
cup chili powder (less for milder taste)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
tsp ground black pepper
tsp dried oregano
tsp sugar
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

Brown the ground beef and drain. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a 6-qt pot.
Cover the pot and let the chili simmer for 1 to 1 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
