Ingredients:  
1 red pepper, diced
2 jalapeños, seeds removed
1 can corn or 1 bag frozen corn
½ can diced olives
16 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice red pepper into small cubes.
2. Mince seeded jalapeños.
3. Defrost corn, if frozen, and cool.
4. Half the diced olives into smaller pieces.
5. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Serve with crackers or raw veggies on a hot summer day.
