1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained / season with salt, pepper, and garlic
3 cups shell noodles, cooked and drained
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Additional shredded mozzarella cheese for the top.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish.
Top with additional cheese. Bake at 350 until hot and bubble, approximately 25 to 35 minutes.
