1 chicken
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/2" fat in large fry pan. Heat covered for 5-7 minutes.
Uncover and turn and heat uncovered for 5-7 minutes.
Reduce heat and remove excess fat.
Add very little water.
Cover and steam for 20 minutes.

CREAM GRAVY

Pour off fat and leave brown crumbs. Add butter and scrape pan.
Add seasoned flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually add 1 cup milk (half & half) and make gravy.
