"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Simple, yet delicious. Get a sharp knife and do not use a food processor; you don't want it to be pulpy. I got this recipe from the secretary at a DODDS (dept of defense dependent school) in Germany. She brought some in for the staff and I pounded it while pregnant with Madeleine. Funny bc during my other pregnancies I couldn't even look at an onion without feeling nauseated. Warning: Tom will drink this salsa like it's Gazpacho. I think it's so good bc it has a ton of salt in it.
