3 pints fresh blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and set aside. Wash blueberries and put them into a large bowl. Toss the blueberries with lemon juice. Add the flour/sugar mixture to the blueberries and stir to coat. Pour into pie crusts. Dot with butter and put the top crust on, crimping the edges. Be sure to make 2 small cuts on the top of the crust for venting. Place on a cookie sheet with sides and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

I never was much of a baker myself. Eating Blueberry Pie, however, I have perfected.

Always try with equal parts of Vanilla Ice Cream and warm pie.
