"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and set aside. Wash blueberries and put them into a large bowl. Toss the blueberries with lemon juice. Add the flour/sugar mixture to the blueberries and stir to coat. Pour into pie crusts. Dot with butter and put the top crust on, crimping the edges. Be sure to make 2 small cuts on the top of the crust for venting. Place on a cookie sheet with sides and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
