⅓ cup flour
¼ T. baking powder
2 cups cubed potatoes
2 eggs
½ small onion
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine egg, onion, slat, flour, baking powder, and one half cup potatoes in blender and process at grate until potatoes have been through the blades.
2. Add remaining potatoes and process at chop until all potatoes have gone through blades. Do not over blend.
3. Fry until done. Makes 16 pancakes.
