1 Large pizza crust(see pizza dough recipe in bread/muffin section)
4 Slices Cooked and Crumbled Turkey Bacon.
1 C. Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
3 Medium Egg Whites
3 Medium Whole Eggs
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Dried Basil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425º, spray cookie sheet or pizza pans.

2. Roll dough out to the size of the pan you are using. Transfer to the sheet, and brush with Olive Oil.

3. Prebake for 10 mins.

4. Sprinkle with turkey bacon, then a layer of cheese.

5. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine eggs, egg whites, salt, pepper and basil. Carefully pour over cheese layer.

6. Bake for 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and eggs are cooked.

7. Let sit for 3-5 minutes before cutting.
