1 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar, packed
½ c. corn syrup, light
1 T salt
½ t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
6 qt. popcorn, popped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil five minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
Pour gradually over popcorn in a very large bowl or pot; stir/toss to coat evenly.
Turn onto two cookie sheets. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Store in a dry place.
