1 box of Spanish rice
1can of black beans
4 cups of shredded chicken
2 cups of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed add 1 can of diced tomatoes to rice drain black beans and add to Spanish rice in a 117 casserole dish add rice mixture with chicken top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes serve with tortilla chips and sour cream
