2 packages of frozen green beans cook according to package
2 T Flour
3-4 T butter
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 T Grated onion
1 cup sour cream
or more as desired of shredded Swiss

Directions:
Directions:
Set cooked green beans aside

Melt butter

In a 3-4 quart casserole dish; Add melted butter, flour, salt, pepper, sugar, onion,

Slowly add sour cream to butter mixture
Fold into Green Beans
Add Swiss cheese and save some for top

Bake 350 until cheese is melted through
