4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 small box red jello
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 v. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon & 1 T. sugar mixed for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, and jello. Put in bottom of 9 x13 pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. In mixing bowl, cream butter, 1 c. sugar and egg. Add flour mixture with milk. Put on top of rhubarb. Top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350' for 35 minutes.
