Mark serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Diplomacy Council.) "This is a traditional New England pie from Cape Cod, Massachusetts where cranberry farming has flourished for more than 200 years. I have made this pie every year since I was fourteen - usually in the Autumn at Thanksgiving time - because it reminds me of my hometown. A very kind woman who worked as the secretary/housekeeper/cook at our local parish church shared this recipe with me and she taught me how to make it when I was just a young boy."
