1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Sofrito
1 packet GOYA Sazón
1/4 tsp Coriander
1 can Red Beans, drained
1 1/2 c. Rice
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 c. Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Garnish:

Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
Green Onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, sofrito, sazón, and coriander. Cook for 1 minute, then add beans, rice salt and water. Cook over high heat till boiling, then cover and reduce to medium-low hear. Cook 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Remove heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Serve with garnishes.
