1 1/2 C. self-rising cornmeal
1 egg
1 stick butter melted
1 lb. Hamburger browned and drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 Can corn
1 onion chopped
1 C. cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal, egg, butter and buttermilk. Pour 1/2 of mixture into well greased
large heavy iron pan. Add taco seasoning mix to hamburger and mix well, pour on top of cornmeal mix. add a layer of onion, corn, cheese. Pour remaining cornmeal mix
on top and bake 45 minutes at 400º
