2 c. butter
4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
4 T. vanilla
5 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. salt
6 c. rolled oats

2 bags of chocolate chips
Can of sweetened condensed milk
4 T. butter
2 c. nuts
1 t. salt 2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above first set of ingredients together and press into cookie sheet. Then melt the second set of ingredients together. Pour over crust and use remaining crumbs for top. Bake at 350'.
