c. unsalted butter
c. creamy peanut butter
⅓ c. brown sugar, lightly packed
⅓ c. sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt

Topping:
⅓ c. sugar
32 Hershey's Kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3 mins). Add in the egg, milk, and vanilla, mix until combined. Add the baking soda and salt, mix until combined. Then add the flour and mix until just combined (do not overmix). Scoop dough into 1 tbsp. portions, roll into ball then roll in sugar and place on baking sheets. Bake 1 sheet at a time for 8-10 minutes until tops are lightly golden. Remove from oven and immediately push a kiss into the tops of each cookie. Let cool 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
