6 - 12 chicken thighs (can use chicken legs as well)
Bottle of white wine
Large can of diced tomatoes
½ - 1 cup of flour (can use gluten free flour)
4 - 8 pats of butter
2 - 6 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In saute pan, combine oil and butter and bring to a simmer. Place flour on a large plate and lightly season with salt and pepper. Dip all sides of chicken thighs lightly into flour and place in pan, searing chicken on all sides. (You may need to increase heat when searing chicken.)

After searing, add half a can of tomatoes to make a sauce/rue. Cook down. While simmering, add 1 - 2 cups of wine and cook on low until chicken is completely cooked through. If mixture starts to dry out, continue to add tomatoes and wine.
