2 packages of instant lemon or coconut pudding mix
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 oz. lemon juice or 1/4 tsp. coconut flavoring
16 oz. graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare loaf pan by lining with foil leaving sides longer so you can pull cake out to slice. Make 3 layers of graham crackers and pudding mix. Finish with pudding. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. To serve, pull cake out of pan, slice, garnish with whipped cream and blueberries or raspberries. Made with coconut, it can be festive with whatever color fruit you use.
