1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick Butter, softened
2 eggs
1 box Powered Sugar - 16 oz.
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Directions:
Mix together the yellow cake mix, 1 stick of butter and 2 eggs. Spread in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Mix together the powered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs. Pour over the cake mixture,.Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
