1 - 16oz box lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 lb mild sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
2 - 12oz cans Contadina tomato paste
4 C water
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
24 oz cottage cheese
4 C mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
1 - 8oz can parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, sausage and onion together in a large pot. Drain well. Add tomato paste, water, parsley and garlic. Simmer on very low heat, adding more garlic and parsley if desired. Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, eggs and parmesan. Cook noodles according to package directions, adding a drop or two of cooking oil to water to keep noodles from sticking together. Drain well in colander. In a large baking dish spread a layer of meat sauce, noodles, cheese, layering 3 times. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425º or until cheese is melted on top. Let sit for 15 minutes before eating.
