2 - 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Large handful baby spinach
1 ripe banana
1 washed green apple, cored and cut into chunks (we leave the peel on but it does make the shake a little chewy)

Directions:
Directions:
Add in almond milk, powders, spinach, banana and apple chunks. Blend until smooth, pour into mason jars and refrigerate until needed or consume right away. If you like it sweeter you can use sweetened almond milk OR sweetened (vanilla) protein powder
