2 - 2½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Large handful baby spinach
1 ripe banana
1 washed green apple, cored and cut into chunks (we leave the peel on but it does make the shake a little chewy)

Directions:
Directions:
Add in almond milk, powders, spinach, banana and apple chunks. Blend until smooth, pour into mason jars and refrigerate until needed – or consume right away. If you like it sweeter – you can use sweetened almond milk OR sweetened (vanilla) protein powder
