1/2 can of full fat coconut milk
1 - 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
1 tsp green tea match powder
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Large handful baby spinach
1 ripe banana

Directions:
Directions:
Pour can of coconut milk into blender top up with almond milk to the 2.5 cup mark. Add in powders, spinach and then banana. Blend until smooth, pour into mason jars and refrigerate until needed or consume right away. If you like it sweeter you can use sweetened almond milk OR sweetened (vanilla) protein powder.
