1/2 can of full fat coconut milk
1½ - 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
1½ tsp green tea match powder
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Large handful baby spinach
1 ripe banana

Directions:
Directions:
Pour ½ can of coconut milk into blender – top up with almond milk to the 2.5 cup mark. Add in powders, spinach and then banana. Blend until smooth, pour into mason jars and refrigerate until needed – or consume right away. If you like it sweeter – you can use sweetened almond milk OR sweetened (vanilla) protein powder.
