1/2 can of full fat coconut milk
1 - 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 ripe bananas
Large handful baby spinach
1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Pour can of coconut milk into blender top up with almond milk to the 2.5 cup mark. Add in powders, bananas, spinach and then frozen pineapple. Blend until smooth, pour into mason jars and refrigerate until needed or consume right away. If you like it sweeter you can use sweetened almond milk OR sweetened (vanilla) protein powder.
