2 cups all-purpose flour, 10 oz. of flour...
1 T sugar...
2 t baking powder...
1/2 t baking soda...
3/4 t salt...
1 cup whole milk...
3/4 cup mayonnaise....

Directions:
Directions:
Oven rack should be in the middle of oven...
Heat oven to 450º...
Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper...
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl...
Whisk milk and mayonnaise together in a separate bowl...
Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until just combined...
Using a greased 1/4 cup measuring cup drop 12 level scoops of dough onto prepared cooking sheet, spacing them 1 1/2 inches apart.....may need to use spoon to free the batter from the measuring cup...
Bake until biscuit tops are golden brown, about 13 minutes, rotating sheet midway through the baking process...
Transfer biscuits to a wire rack for cooling, let cool 5 minutes then serve or freeze when completely cooled and use when ever...
ENJOY!
