6 green peppers, tops and seeded removed
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. In a large pot over medium-high heat, blanch peppers in boiling salt water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water; set aside. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Loosely stuff into peppers. Place into a baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
