1 1/2 Cup Crushed Crackers Ritz
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
4 (2lb) chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
2 Tbsp. butter melted

Step 1
Heat Oven to 425º spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2
Combine Crackers Parmesan and Pepper

Step 3
Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally. Pound each chicken piece between two sheets of plastic wrap until 1/4 inch thick.

Step 4
Coat chicken in butter then coat in cracker mixture pressing crumbs firmly onto each piece lay chicken into a single layer on a prepared baking sheet, Sprinkle any excess coating on top. Bake 12 min, or until golden.
