3 c flour
2¼ t baking powder
1½ t salt
¾ t baking soda
3 T sugar
¾ c margarine
3 eggs, separated
2⅓ c milk
1½ t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 dry ingredients together in large bowl and set aside.
Melt and cool margarine in another bowl.
Separate 3 eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
To yolks, add milk, vanilla, and cooled melted margarine.
Stir milk into flour; fold in egg whites.
Bake 1/3 c mixture in waffle iron.
Mixture may be kept in refrigerator and used over several days, or make all waffles at once and refrigerate or freeze and pop in toaster later.
