1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in dish and place in microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes.
2. Stir well then place back in microwave for 4 minutes.
3. Add butter and vanilla and stir well. Place back in microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Remove and add backing soda, stirring gently until foamy.
5. Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
6. Let cool and break apart and serve.
