Marinade
2 1/2 lbs Chicken
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
Enough water to cover the chicken.

Seasoning

Flour 2 cups
Salt 1 cup
Black Pepper 1/4 cup
Garlic 1/4 cup
Chili Powder 1/4 cup
Onion Powder 1/4 cup

Step 1

Cut chicken into strips and marinate in a ziplock bag with 1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce and enough water to cover the chicken. Set the bag in the bowel and refrigerate.

Step 2

Combine seasoning ingredients into a bowl mix well and Coat Chicken in seasoning.

Step 3

Heat oil to 350 degrees, Fry in hot oil until done (Temp should be 170 degrees). Drain Chicken,
