1 lb. macaroni

Cheese Sauce:
4 tbs butter
4 tbs flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in sauce pan stir in flour and salt (whisk) cook over medium heat till it bubbles and turns a light brown stirring frequently about 3 minutes. Slowly whisk in 1 cup milk and then 2nd cup of milk continue cooking till sauce starts to thicken. Add cheese and stir till it melts.

Add to your cooked macaroni and mix thoroughly.

Put mac and cheese in to buttered 2 qt dish or 8x8 baking dish. I like to put panko on top. Bake about 20 minutes or until it gets bubbly around the edges.
