cup + 1 Tbsp butter
cup flour
2 cups milk
tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp prepared mustard
1-1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups cubed ham (cooked)
4 cups cooked cubed potatoes
cup dry bread crumbs

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Melt cup butter in skillet. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, salt, pepper & mustard. Stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick

Add cheese, stir until melted.
Combine with ham and potatoes. Pour all in greased 2 quart casserole.

Combine 1 Tbsp melted butter & bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Can also sprinkle shredded cheese over the top

Bake 25 to 30 minutes
