Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
½ lb ground pork
½ cup finely chopped onion
¾ cup bread crumbs
½ cup milk
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
2 Tbsp shortening
¼ cup flour
2 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flour, water and bouillon cubes. Blend well.

Shape into 1” diameter meatballs. Brown on all sides. Remove meatballs from pan.

Stir flour into drippings and cook until flour browns. Add water and cubes. Then add meatballs back into gravy.

Great over egg noodles or with mashed potatoes but then honestly – what isn’t??????
