1 c. light karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1½ c. peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
6 c. special K cereal
2 bags of butterscotch chips
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring sugar and syrup to a boil
2. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla then mix well.
3. Add special K cereal, mix well
4. Grease 9 x 13 pan
5. Pat in the cereal mix into the pan, set aside
6. In a microwave bowl add 2 bags of butterscotch chips and 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
7. Microwave to melt chips stirring frequently (30sec - 1 min increments)
8. Once chips are melted mix well
9. Pour mixture over cereal mix in the pan
10. Set aside to cool, once it is just about cool slice into small squares with a sharp knife.
