6 eggs
1/3 lb sausage
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup shredded cheese (any kind/mixture)
1/2 small onion
1/ bell pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
salt to taste
pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Add onion and pepper and lightly saute. Beat eggs in medium/large bowl. Add cheese, sausage, onions, peppers, seasonings and mix. Pour mixture into buttered 9 inch baking dish. Bake covered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Optional: uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes, till top is golden brown.

*This is a great base recipe that is very flexible. Adding or substituting any vegetables, cheese, seasonings or using a spicy or other flavored sausage or bacon is an easy and great way to change up the flavor.
