1 29 oz. can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
4 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. ginger
tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and pour into 9x13 pan (spray with nonstick spray). Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix (dry) over pie filling. Drizzle 2 sticks melted margarine or butter over cake mix.

*Note: I use a cake mix and 1 stick of margarine and I think its plenty. According to the notes in my recipe a cake mix = 1 c.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 60 min.

We love this with ice cream on top!
