250g of Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1lb Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 T Baileys Irish Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese in the bowl of your electric or hand mixer until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add butter, beat for another 2 minutes.
2. Add icing sugar at low speed, until fully incorporated. Add vanilla and Baileys Irish Cream. Beat for 2 minutes at high speed to remove any lumps.
