15 oz. can black beans drained
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
10 oz. pkg frozen corn
chopped onion
1/2 c. yellow, orange OR red peppers
10 oz. can Enchilada sauce
can Cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 lbs. chicken
brick of cream cheese
Pepper jack cheese, sour cream (serve with soup when done)
Tortilla or Doritos chips (eat with soup)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hrs. Shred chicken and add back to soup and top with cheese and sour cream. Eat with tortilla chips or Doritos.
