1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crust
6-8 Apples (Johnson)
1/2 C. White Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 T. Flour
1 Cap Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Prepare pie crust according to box
Peel & cut apples in small pieces
Mix all ingredients
Put in pie shell
Cut 2nd pie crust in strips & lay over apples (pinch ends)
Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar on top
Cook for 50-60 min.
